Best places in mumbai are chaupatis
But I would like to suggest one place little bit away from mumbai
it is about 2&1/2hrs from mumbai

Olive Bar in North Mumbai. Rahul Mahajan was one of the regular freaks here. So do you find Bollywood stars, cricket stars and all the Page 3 crowd who has Money & Power.
