Talk to the financial aid office of the school you will be attending. You should also fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Here's their website: http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/

Don't go to another website that claims to be a FAFSA site. There are a lot of sites that are just trying to scam your personal information.

Most need based subsidized student loans do not require a cosignor. They are administered as part of the federal financial aid package, and your eligibility is determined by your FAFSA- contact the colleg financial aid department to see which loan servicers they use and get applications.
