Good question! As a matter of fact, I lost a former job due to global sourcing and the work was sent to India. Spending 18 years in Information Technology has not left me bitter, I just changed careers. Many IT projects are being contracted out to companies in India, due to value and quaility. If I were from India, I would stay and live happily since my future would be more secure than in the fickle corporate world of America.

DUBAI is an open city. its a fairly new city with the need of skilled labor force. that would be a good place to check out.

Canada. Don't sweat it...after about 10 years of watching hockey, you'll finally be able to actually see the puck.

australia is a great place to live, work and raise your children.

they have a less confused government than the USA and will take care of its citizens when they are old....i am thinking of applying to Australia myself.
