I have been given a bottle of Amla Indian Hair oil and was told that it helps to promote the speedy growth of hair, has anyone tried this before? What were the results? I have researched the product on google but am interested to hear personal experiences if anyone has used this product. Thank you

Yes, I've tried it. I usually apply different oils but they are all pretty good. I believe "Dabur Amla" is a good brand and does help. It's pretty good and it promotes growth spurt of new hair follicles. If you want, you can try coconut oil - any brand or plain. A friend of mine suggested mustard oil. But I haven't used it personally.
Both me and my friend have long hair (till our thighs).

Well, like so many people have said, it is good for hair and you can certainly go ahead and try it. Just ensure that you are using 'Dabur Amla' coz that's the most safest and trusted. It might smell weird, and it is sticky, but it will work wonders for your hair. It has no side effects, so you dont have to worry about your hair falling off or anything like that. See the difference for yourself.

amla is a herb which has been used for haircare for thousands of years in India. I've used amla hairpack and it gives extra shine to my hair. amla oil should do the same. undoubtedly herbal products are the best for hair.

I have used.It is harmless and herbal. It stops falling of hairs also.Minimum use is for 6 months. You have to massage a few drops on scalp before bath. For best result use daily and wash mimimum one hour after massage.Additional vitamin supplement containing Zinc (Zevit) will be more benefitial.Dont use chemical based shampoo and use herbal shampoo..

I'm sri-lankan and my mum uses it on me and it works! My hairs blacker and it stopped my hair from dropping and it's longer, by the way I'm telling the truth and nothing but the truth. :-)
