Why do you think you have to put all that makeup on to be beautifull? it is not what God intended. Read about the woman in the Bible who wore makeup.
2Kings 9:30-37, Prov 6:25, Ezek 23:40-49 .
Dont cover up the beauty God gave you. When you put all that stuff on you are just telling God he did not do a great job at creating you.
Be the bride he will be looking for, someone who is pure and all natural. You are Beautiful.

You are not suppose to wear make up, that is desire to look another way then how God made you, but I am guilty of this also.

I am very proud of you for reading and post about the way a man and woman are suppose to look, good job...

Those women that painted their face up so much were advertising that they were prostitutes in those scriptures. There is nothing at all wrong with applying make up in moderation. In moderation. I personally believe that makeup and the ingredients therein makes a woman age faster and wrinkles the skin alot. Also it is better not to wear make up so the skin can breathe better. Yep, wearing alot of makeup to me, indicates someone has a need to be noticed and real beauty comes from within and anyone that is looking to be beautiful must start applying good honest wholesome character to their life and watch out! Men notice the beauty and have a tendency to be wanting to be around that person than one that heavily relies on makeup to try to look
beautiful. I am a woman, nothing wrong with moderation makeup just don't get heavy with it. Eileen

That's fine for those who have a good complexion. Pimples and acne can make a person feel really bad and have low self esteem. Wearing make up does not make you a Jezebel or a bad person. A little make up can make the world of difference to how some young girls may feel. Is God discriminating by giving some a better complexion than others? Don't be so narrow minded.

Dont take the bible so literally. Alot of jews and hebrew woman wore make-up even the egyptions, even moses! And moses is surely in heaven. They wore make-up in those days to keep the sand from hitting in there eyes, according to egyption texts.. I really think you need to do some more studying, afterall there is life outside the bible, meaning read all religious text and documents before you go interpreting the bible wrong, thats whats wrong with the world today.... poor interpretation and lack of knowledge...

God made me beautiful.

Stress, anxiety, insomnia, overwork, poor eating habits, lack of adequate water consumption and air pollution gave me dry skin, dark circles, pallid complexion and pimples.

God invented cosmetics (or, more appropriately, God invented the human brain which invented cosmetics).

Cosmetics help hide the ravages wreaked by the world on God's beautiful creation.

Cosmetics are my friend.

I appreciate the sentiment, though.

I agree with the bible, for the first time.
I agree with you, and I hope women will stop using their bodies as showcases.
