and i cant afford to go to the hospital or see a doctor and i dont have health insurence

Don't use your hand. Use a needle to bring it out. It will hurt, but it's the best way if you want to do it at home.Trust me, I know, for my dad's a doctor. I know lots of stuff because of him.

open it up with a needle then pinch it like a pimple.sterilize every thing. if that doesn't work wait a few days and your body will natuarly reject it and it will fester.

oh dats really difficult...well, i think u SHOULD concern Dr. at any cost ... if u will keep it it will cost u even more at last stages .. ask any of ur friend to lend u money.
