SBC/AT&T VoiceMail stating "In Use" when it is NOT~!?

Question

I pressed some wrong keys and now my SBC/AT & T voice mail says it is in use by someone else and only one person can use it at one time.

I am the only person using it. Single mom.

How do I reset/fix/resolve this issue? I would like to get it resolved tonight and customer service is closed.

you need to get your telephone service provider to reset the mail box.
