There is no age limit to obtaining a high school diploma; 80- and 90-year olds have gotten them.

I think that it depends on where you live. For instance, in Washington State, the oldest you can be to still graduate high school -AT a high school is 21. You can attend college and get the equivalent of a high school diploma ("G.E.D."), too- and I don't think there are age-limits on that.
You would probably need to call the high-school in question and just ask them. They could give you the most accurate and reliable information.

I don't think that they have put a max age limit... however, public education will always have limits =P
