I BELIEVE THAT IT IS. IT ALL DEPENDS ON POSITON, SPEED, AND HOW HOT IT IS IN THE ROOM. IF YOU ARE IN A POSITION THAT YOU WOULD WORK OUT IN AND IF THE SPEED IS FAST AND IF IT IS HOT IN THE ROOM, THEN YES IT IS MORE ENERGETIC AND BETTER FOR YOU. THE MORE YOU SWEAT, THE MORE YOU BURN. Sex is definitely passionate with the right person but more energetic than any activities ? Not sure I'd agree. A good workout, getting a major project done, seeing your new company become successful, buying a new car/house, seeing a great concert, having a lively discussion with friends, traveling to new countries, etc can be just as energetic, if not more.
