Your additional detail is interesting, and if I read that right, it poses the question that can our own spirit can control the force of nature? I've heard about this phenomenon being an eastern philosophy, but is lost on the western world. To furthur explain this, there is an idea floating around that western society has lost a certain mode of prayer, a prayer in which we pray of events of circumstances in a state of mind suggesting they have already occurred. In other words, instead of praying for rain, pray in a way that you visualize that rain has already happened, and it will happen.
That might of been way off topic as your original question dealt with wiccan religion, as I do not know if anything I have said previously can tie into that. If you'd like to learn more about how this lost mode of prayer, and how it also physically affects even the tiniest particles around us, check out this link: http://www.greggbraden.com/lost_mode.php3

Anyone can believe anything including a Wicca that forces of nature are in control but that doesn't mean that it is so. Forces of nature are interrelated and affected by other forces. Example: A sunny day is taken away by a stong wind bringing a heavy cloud cover. A mountain range can block a incoming snow storm causing it to by pass a town and hit a different one. Pagan religions give human characteristics to nature as if thinking, seeing and hearing ect can be done by nature or its forces. The creation gets worshiped instead of the creator of nature or else the pagan believes that his puny mortal body can control the awesome forces of nature which comes down to being shamanism. There are dark spiritual forces which can control a shaman and lead that shaman to think he is controlling nature or others. History shows that when people try to control others there is only hate, war or death in the end. Peace, love and joy are the more noble virtues and they really only come from the fruit of the one true and living God who created Heaven and Earth. His son is Jesus.

all the energy is resting in the spine of every humanbeing, which can transform into natural forces and remins only in those control who have attined this thru selfexploration, there can be no misuse of these since that person transforms into god/goddess.

Sure, you can believe about anything you like. If you can get people to recite it over and over, no matter how irrational, you will have a major relgion.
