yahoo does not have a browser.
Did you mean a yahoo toolbar for IE7?

Visit http://toolbar.yahoo.com/ie for yahoo toolbar if u have already downloaded IE 7 beta. If u havent downloaded it then visit http://downloads.yahoo.com/ie7beta/index.php to download IE 7 with yahoo toolbar.

go to microsoft.com and download it free.. but to be honest it has some issues, so wait for the complete version, then only intall IE 7.. It is gonna released with vista
