Hi,
It is possible that you have a stomach disorder. One serious cause of this is Gas. When you don't eat on time or starve for a good while, the continuous oxygen which you keep breathing builds up into gas bubbles which can cause major harm to your body. These gas bubbles or balls, can block food from digesting well, tighting up your tummy and making you upset. You need to expel gas from your system immediately. Drink some ginger tea. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Turn of the fire and throw in 5 tbsp of grated ginger. Cover the cup/pot and let it stand for at least 5 mins. Pour some ginger tea in a teacup with about 1/2 tsp of sugar (if desired). Try to drink it as hot as you can. You should burp alot of the gas. Your bloated tummy should also shrink and your food will settle well. Keep drinking this tea everyday because it takes a while for this condition to return to normal.

yes this happens to me whenever I eat wheat. I'm allergic. What did you eat? Ever happened before? In some people raw veggies like beans can cause gas. You could try taking Gas-X. Also bloating can be caused by lactose intolerance

you might have a case of gastritis (the inflamation of the stomach or the outer lining of the stomach). lay off the spices and hot stuff, that and heavy flour foods. ask your doctor about Pepcid to help relieve and cool your stomach down. (pooing or force vomiting doesnt count to relieve your stomach so dont try it, you're just wasting your time)
