This guy likes me and I'm not interested in him at all. He can't understand why I won't drop everything I'm doing to reply to any of his messages and he just sends more. Help me get rid of this guy please! (We used to work together)

You need to ask them to stop calling/texting and give a warning. Then if it happens again you can call a non emergency police line and report the behavior. They will take it from there.

If you tell him to stop and he doesn't simply threaten to get a restraining order. You could also talk to your phone provider if there is a method to turn off texting for a week or so. They might even be able to block calls, or texting from him. If none of this works make a formal complaint to the police tell them you are beginning to fear for your life, and start the ball rolling for a restraining order.
PS- In the future you might just want to be better about telling guys up front you aren't interested. These types of guys tend to latch on to the faintest hope. Plus us normal guys are tried of the excuses any way.

Tell him flat out... NO! If he is truly a weirdo- like he starts showing up to your house- get your number changed and file a police report, documenting the text and voice mail messages. Good Luck!!

don't answer the phone when he calls. let your friends know what's going on if you think this guy could get dangerous. if he doesn't stop with in a few days tell him that you don't want to speak to him and that if he keeps calling you, you will call the police, that was the only thing that worked when my ex stalked me. if he threatens you tell the cops.

File a restraining order for stalking.... But ask him point blank to stop and if he doesnt get the hint--- file the police rept & get the order... Easy to do....

Have you been honest with and told him to stop?
If you have then you will have to threaten him with the police for harrassment or change your number.
