I think, the ugliest person in the whole world is the one who's ugly inside and out, the one who's ugly physically and emotionally?
I don't know one yet, but for me, even if you're beautiful but having the ugliest value or manner ever, that sucks more than the ugly physically but beautiful emotionally.
II'm going to Mention two of those I'm thinking as the ugliest person in the world, inside and out, a girl and a boy. I'm going to put their Full Name, I don't care if somebody who knows them and read my answer will tell them.
