It is not the only way. I got pregnant when an embryo which was exposed to my husband's sperm in a laboratory was implanted in my uterus.

without medical stuff, doing it the ol natural way, yes it is only possible for a woman to get pregnant durring sexual intercourse. "penis in the vigina" also its possible for a woman to get pregnant by a man's "precum" just because he doesnt ejactulate in her doesnt mean she cant get pregnant

There is something called in vitro fertilization. Oddly, I've never had to do this personally.
