you can wear your hair in any style, so long as all you hair is in it. putting it up first would help, so you wont have to fool with it all day to stay in place

The most important thing is to make sure all of your hair is underneath the hairnet, from the beginning of the hairline to the nape of the neck. Some have elastic around them, and others have ties. Congratulations and good luck on your new job.
