I am selling a 1991 Honda Accord LX 4-door automatic, Power windows, power door locks, A/C, CD, CC, 2.2L 4 cylinder. It gets about 28MPG in the city. I just bought a Nissan Frontier, so i am selling the Honda. It runs great, cosmetically it is somewhat in need of help, the roof and hood are faded badly, but the engine and the interior are in great condition. It has 192k on it. Clear title. Never been in a major accident. It was my father's he bought it new in 1991. He gave it to me six months ago when i moved out of state and sold my other vehicle. It is a very dependable vehicle. In fact, i drove it to work today so someone could look at it who might be interested. I am asking $1995 OBO. E-mail with any question you might have if interested.
Just had the oil changed and drained, flushed, filled transmission fluid. Added a high mileage additive to the transmission to keep the seals from drying out. I just put a brand new, not used, radiator in it six months ago. Radiator finally gave out after 15 years...to be expected. New radiator works great, changed out and installed a new thermostat when i changed out the radiator since I was in there anyway.

My first motor vehicle became a 1998 Chevy Cavalier. It have been given approximately 30-35 mpg and, although i'm uncertain the place you reside, i've got seen them for decrease than $5K. the component approximately Cavaliers (earlier the 2002 sort besides) is they are good and occasional-fee to restoration if something is going incorrect. they are additionally extraordinarily consumer-friendly to restoration your self if want be. additionally, in case you comprehend the thank you to rigidity a stick shift, they often get some greater MPG. i'm going to signify one component, although. Get a 4-door in case you could. in case you intend on taking your friends out, it is a lot less demanding for them to pass into by their very own door interior the backseat particularly than making them pass slowly in at the back of the front seats. :) Whoever pronounced the Neon, it is a sturdy determination as properly. We at present very own a ninety six Plymouth Neon and we get approximately 33-36 mpg. Any Honda you purchase would be costly to restoration if something is going incorrect. all the climate are proprietary components and many times could desire to be ordered and shipped. maximum American sort autos do no longer run in to this subject (ie: sidestep, GM, Ford... although i might by no ability propose procuring a Ford by using my previous success with them). On a part observe, while you're procuring used, you could desire to to spend the $20-$30 it expenses to get a CarFax checklist. If something is majorly incorrect with the motor vehicle, sellers do no longer many times checklist it themselves, that's why that checklist is accessible in reachable. and because you mentioned you would be getting a job, i'm uncertain what your status is (are you a HS pupil or commencing college) and in case you would be working the total college 12 months (if nevertheless at college) yet once you're making plans to place $5K down on a motor vehicle besides, perhaps you ought to purchase a sparkling motor vehicle? it might have a guaranty if something went incorrect with it and you will get maximum economic device autos for around $10K or much less. if your mom and dad are keen to co-verify in a loan, you could desire to get particularly less expensive funds and have a sparkling motor vehicle as properly. good success at the same time with your motor vehicle procuring!
