I do. And yes, it's possible to have a personal relationship with Him. It is only through His Son, Jesus Christ that this is possible.

first off, i dont thing 'god' is a being that we can understand in our way. but we personify that power so we feel connected. and god doesnt have children or a son, because then that implies he would have a father which implies there are more than one god which nullifies the importance of that God
now ask yourself this one simple question, for those who say through christ you can...if i ask 'do you know george bush, and you reply 'only way to know him is through his son W. even if you read books about him and heard others talk about him, there is no way of knowing him unless you see for yourself directly. thats just an example, but you know what i am getting at.
why do we need a middle man?
the 10 commandments are for kids, we live in a more complicated world. you cant always say 'thou shall not lie' or thou shall honor the sabbath' it doesnt apply nowdays. learn to think for yourself.

Does God know you? Why would one want to know God anyway and vice versa? There would be nothing in common between us besides the Ten Commandments.
