A penis is a male reproductive organ that is present in every male, which perpetuates the survival and continuity of a species. If you do see canaries now, it means that they can reproduce. They reproduce like humans, facing each other, and I'm quite sure they don't engage in oral or anal sex.

Yes, a male has a penis..and, I think they do it facing each other, if I remember correctly.

Birds don't have penises.
They stick their poop holes together- called a cloaca.
All of their sex organs are internal.
