Take one can of artichokes drain and chop - take a package of frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeeze as much water out with your hands and add to artichokes then add one cup of mayo and one cup of fresh grated Parmesan cheese a dash of hot sauce and lemon juice salt pepper and garlic powder mix together put in small casserole dish top with seasoned bread crumbs and bake on 375 for 20-30min just until golden brown on top.Serve with bagel chips, bread or tortilla chips.Enjoy!!!You can use fresh baby spinich instead of canned just wilt down in the microwave first and don't forget to squeeze out the water.
