We tell all about the stiffers, and we spend less energy on them.
We tell all about the tippers, and we spend more time on them.

What else?...........

Whenever I know about a better job opportunity i let everone in on it.
I always tell my co-workers about any tip knowledge that I have. I'ts fair man, why should anyone bust there *** for anything less than 15%. People that don't tip well get average to good service from me. People that that know how to tip get great to perfect service ffrom me. There's a big difference. Thanks.

I'm not a waitress but I always tip between 15-20 percent (depending on the cost of the meal)

This is why....its not because I'm so rich or anything. Its just that I don't think you should be judged on your service by a tip. You are all doing your job. You already make below minimum wage. I've seen people who stiff the wait staff because the food is bad. The wait staff doesn't even make the food.
