Yes. While female dogs will never lift their leg quite as high as a male dog, the more dominant a dog is, the more likely they are to lift their leg and the higher they are likely to lift it. (This is a rule of thumb and will not apply to every individual dog)

Yes, Dingos are feral dogs, and they mark as other wild dogs do. My Afghan Hounds often do this too, as they have many wolf-like habits.

Yes, it is normal - my male Schnauzer was raised with a female poodle and sometimes he squats and sometimes he hikes his leg. Don't worry about it.
