THERE IS A SPRAY OUT ON THE MARKET THAT HELPS WITH THAT, I CAN'T REMEMBER THE NAME, BUT IT IS WITH KID'S MEDICINE. I READ IN PARENTING MAG. THAT THUMB SUCKING IS NOT A PROBLEM UNTILL ABOUT 5-6 YEARS OLD. AS LONG AS SHE HASN'T LOST HER BABY FRONT TEETH YET. IF SHE HAS I WOULD TALK TO YOUR PED. DOCTOR.
GOOD LUCK.

At this age i would suggest pepper on the thumb or hotsauce and if those dont work i know someone who is 15 and still sucks his thumb sometimes and its really just a comfort for them. Maybe if you find this is the problem try a new toy something else they can bond to.

Well there are many things you can rub onto their thumb thats nontoxic and taste bitter making them want to stop. Also My friend wore bandaids until he could stop. He would chew on the bandaids and he would like it so he stopped. Or just have her wear gloves?
Best of luck to you!

I would put some chili on the babies thumbs or some thing that is sour. "Pepper, you know just kick her bad habit to the curb and stop fooling around.

you could try putting non toxic fingernail polish on her nails that is bitter. or you could try to reward her for not sucking her thumbs and that will make her want to stop.
