This one is simple. If you have any anti virus's run them to make sure you have one. I have norton so I run a full computer scan every other week to be on the safe side. If, you don't get a virus scanner and run it onto your pc. It should locate the virus and delete it if it doesn't delete it for you. Do it manually that should fix your problem. Now, if it has crashed your computer then you have to find what crashed and fix that manually by changeing the part or messing with the wires if that happens I'll be sure and glad to help you out.

Run your antivirus software, if you don't have one I recommend Antivir, and also make sure you have a antispyware program at hand too. Lavasoft's Adaware program is very popular and highly praised.

once you have them installed open each program and update them manually, this is simple in the programs I've listed. When they are upgraded Run one, and than the other. Make sure you as for a full scan, detect minor threats, an searc in directories too.

Don't Worry, tracking cookies occur somewhat regular, MRU files always show up. But most things that say trojan, virus, worm, malware, backdoor . . . can be potentially dangerous(in varying degrees). Just quarantine them and than delete.

To prevent virus keep antivir updated(since it will also guard against intruders), use windows update to download critical safety updates, and turn firewall on. Good Luck!

this is the easiest way to do it if you ever have another virus problem again. get a external hard drive and a copy of Norton's ghost backup your clean system and do a full system restore when you get a virus just keep the the hard drive unplugged most of the time when your not backing up and scan for a viruses before you plug it in when you have to restore the computer just make sure you don't plug it in until you shutdown the computer and have your ghost disk in before the computer starts (make sure you shut down the computer and turn it back on not restart) then once your ghost CD boots press a key to boot it up) Do a full system restore in the advanced button and whala your system is clean and you lost nothing

Unplug the computer, and box it up and send it back to the manufacturer, because you obviously are not bright enough to use a scanner and have the appropriate programs to keep malicious malware out. Of course for a fee I could clean it for you, I live on ignorance. gimmie your money and I will clean it real good..

AVG is a really good program for removal of viruses (and it's for free!) I use it to scan my computer from time to time. if you have the money to spare, i think you should get Norton but I think AVG will serve you just fine. a lot of "free" programs out there tell you that they scan for viruses for free but in the end you'll find that your computer does have viruses and in order to get rid of them you have to purchase the full version. This is not the case with AVG, I extremely recommend this program.

Install - and use - an anti-virus software such as Norton or McAfee. You may have to pay to get the updates, but it's worth it.

try avant it's free, or download a trial of nortons or mcafee, but it may just happen again. If you do a lot of downloading you should probubly buy antivirus software.
