You can still put on make-up. Just make it look natural. He's telling you that because you have natural beauty and don't need make-up to show how beautiful your really are. Even if you do or don't wear make-up he won't care because its you. It depends on whether if you feel comfterable or not which you should feel comfterable in your own skin. This is a compliment and most guys i know of prefer women to look natural and really see whos underneath it all. Some women out there ruined their skin but cakin on all that makeup on their face and now they need it where ever they go guys don't like that , stay natural.

Whatever makes you feel good. It's good he's attracted to you without all the make-up; some people need make-up to make them feel good about themselves. It's obvious your man likes your natural side so it shouldn't really matter one way or another unless he hates seeing you with make up on.
