is it something to even worry about? He works 14 hour shifts, 6 days a week. But we were supposed to do something tomorrow and he hasn't called me to make finally plans. I called about an hour ago, but no answer.

Well he is working! However, i been in a similar relationship before and it really didn't work out for me. We barely got to see each other. Even if he works, he should be able to call you and talk to you for a quick second or two. If you think that you can handle that type of thing, more power to you. But if you think its a problem now, then its just going to get worser day by day.

Sounds like he might be busy, but if he ends up not calling at all, he probably isn't very interested. I'm not a big phone guy myself, but that's not something I would forget to do. However, give him some time, those are some long shifts.

Think about it, he works 84 hours a week!!! And all you care about is when is he gonna call you? You have the attitude it's all about "ME ME ME". Quit being selfish. If a guy likes a girl he will FIND time to spend with here. So chill out.

Don't set around and wait on some guy to call. Go ahead and go somewhere yourself. If he calls while you are gone, too bad for him. Do NOT call him again before he calls you. You will make yourself look desperate. Guys do not want to be chased. If he doesn't call, then it's his loss.

lol i tend to do that a lot i may get plans which i can't pass up. or i lost the dang #. it's better when the female calls me cause i'll eventually learn the # fully within 2weeks.
