Say i'm making jungle juice (the old fashioned college way, aka kool aid and everclear) what proportion of koolaid to everclear would be best? And more importantly, how much is a gallon of everclear?

I'd say mix it based on what you're feeling. If you wanna get smashed mix it 70 parts Everclear, 30 parts Koolaid.
If you wanna savor it, 40 parts Everclear, 60 parts Koolaid.
And a gallon of Everclear is quite a bit. As you know, it's really strong so it will be good to get a lot of people wasted.
Oh, yeah. Good luck finding it for 25 bucks.... It will probably cost 40 or more.

a alcohol tester is good to use with this one . take 3 cans of frozen apple concentrate and one half to 3/4's gallon apple Juice' add 4 to 5 sticks of cinnamon sticks . and a 1/4th nutmeg . the ever clear has enough sugar anyway . and canning jars pints or quarts up to you
take you ever clear at room tempter . and dump it in to a 2 or 3 gallon stainless steel pot pot add the concentrate and start with a couple cops of apple juice .
\ cinnamon sticks and nutmeg stir .. test the alcohol content try to keep it between 90 to 100 proof .. once you reach 100 proof cover and let it set out over night and all the spices marinate . it should still be 90 to 100 proof in the morning .. take your jars or what ever your going to use giant punch bowl and slice apples and toss them in and if you want to add flavor add 1/2 cup of brown sugar the night before ..as well ..
this is some kick butt hooch and guaranteed to put a smile one every ones face . it has a very nice flavor of apple pie
