well if it doesn't have resin or anything in it. Make sure its brand new . You might though. Just wait til you get here and buy one its better to not chance it. Damn government and their stupid laws.

No, you won't at federal level, however you need to check your state laws.
If it's glass, wrap it in lots of bubble wrap, box it and put it in the middle of your suitcase with clothing around it. This should cut down the chances of it getting broken.
As stated, you need to make sure it's new or has only been used with tobacco. You don't need the doggie patrol dancing on your bag.
News flash for some of my countrymen... there are still parts of the would that use water pipes for their original usage... tobacco. However I'm not so naive as to think that most of the ones arriving are for the original usage.

yes you will have trouble carrying a bong in a usa airport..also it depends on what your using it.

Yes, you might have a trouble with the airport security. that pipe can be a weapon. It might be bring instant danger to other passengers.

yes of course you could i mean do you know how many perditors are out there and imean thats justlike walking in a store wiht a knife odering someone to give you all their money airports are very populated they are there to make you feel safe about your flight. so yes a big deal
