I think that you should start to question your own sexuality. If your girfriend "jumps on you and kisses you mad hard" and you have a problem with that, then it sounds like you are looking in the wrong gender. Sorry to say, but you may be homosexual.

Don't get rid or her. If she is ignoring you, she maybe upset with you in some kind of way, maybe she just wants some attention. or waiting for you to ask her why she is ignorning you.
Remember women are unpredictable and emotional. So cut her some slack.

Who? The boss or the GF? Sounds like she is insecure. Have you talked with your GF about it? Try talking and see what happens if you like her.

What a control freak! Sounds like she doesn't really want you but she wants to prove that she "owns" you or that you can't have anyone else. Say goodbye. You deserve someone better at the very least someone nicer.

Drama Drama Drama. Have you asked her why she is doing this? You need to communicate with her (be the mature one) and let her know how you feel...(YES how you feel) about her doing that. Do YOU think you should continue to date her? Look, I don't know her side of the story, so that is the best I can give you.

by avoiding you to avoid getting close to you and then overacting when you speak to another female

why would she not talk to you for two days, you should do thsat to her and see how she likes it, maybe it is time to move on, she souds like she is acting like a kids. move on and let her know that you are not inerested in playing games anymore, and she needsto grow up and find someone elses feelings to play with because ou are not going to deal with it. good luck.
