i went to their online site, i believe under customer relations, or contact us, and gave them the info you gave. i told them i had recently moved and lost my manual, i then asked them if they could email the manual so i could print it off. they emailed me back and said a new manual was in the mail and thanked me for being a good customer. ps i also gave my mailing address and phone number
