If you are found guilty of rape or murder, you must be exiled to a prison island to fend for yourself (while you're waiting apeal)
If you earn a Bachellor's degree with a 3.4 or higher, you are guaranteed a job making at least 40k for at least 15 years
Let athletes earn no more than 1 million dollars a year and anything above that has to go to feed the hungry.
