You can blow a hole at the top of your head!

If you hold one nostril only it makes you bald.

But the good news is then you'll be able to grow 1 very long strand of hair which you can wrap around your head.

Frankly, I find men with the top of the head blown off more attractive than the comb-over guys.

Your nose is trying to get some thing out . By hold your nose it stays in. You were trying to sneeze for a reason. Also your ear drums. You could pop small blood vessels. You are holding back a lot of pressure.

It kind of puts a stop to the rush of air and it back-fires so that it could effect your sinuses-apart from feeling uncomfortable, I'm not totally sure what other effects this could cause. Maybe it could effect the ear/middle ear drum.
Hope this helped.
