lol....here is the things I forgot...He already asked me out yet since he was so much younger than I was i said no. When I finally got to know him I fell for him and now he says no. But he still acts like he wants this...what's th problem??

Talk to him... Trust me he probally thinks the same about you... And guys like it when girls come up to them (its a maucho thang).. Just act cool round him and when you believe is a right time maybe after you guys hang for a while then tell him what you think and thought of him when you first saw him... He'll love it 100% NO DOUBT.... Good LUck

He might be giving you the look and all, but maybe he's too shy to approach you. If you felt a connection and you're attracted to him, just walk up to him and ask him what's up.
All you're doing is asking him what's up. You're not asking him out yet, you're not asking if he likes you. You're not leaving yourself open or vulnerable or anything.
You too can take the initiative, you have no idea how hot that can be to a guy who's hesitating or nervous or shy or whatever.

I think he may be playing it cool too. Men play little cat+ mouse games. YOU may try it too. Some day he'll flub up and you will know he likes you. Just lay low 4 a while and watch+ see. good luck.

I think he wants you to want him, so he might know you like him. If you really like thim so mcuh you should try flirting with him. If he's intrested then he might ask you out.
