The one when I was 16. I was visiting my uncle's family. My cousin took me to a bar (things were different then) and she got picked up by some guy with a 'friend' (lucky me) and of course with her being older than me, I had no choice but to go on this blind date to New Orleans. My "date" and I did not hit it off. He was fat, pimply, and had bad breath! So we drink hurricanes and have a fun time, then on the trip home pimple-boy passes out on his side of the backseat, and I am dozing on my side, when I wake up, the car is stopped, and it is bouncing. It was my cousin and her date getting it on in the front seat! With passed-out-pimple-boy and me supposed to be asleep in the back! I couldn't just say, "Hey guys!" so I had to fake sleep and endure it till they were done. Then I had to pretend I was asleep, so she could 'wake me up' to get out of the car. Damn, I had NO IDEA she was so loose! And that is the story of my worst date EVER!

I'm sorry to say that I've had SEVERAL worst dates........each one bad in it's own way.

I was in a band/combo in my teens and also in a high-school fraternity, they were very popular here in those days. With 8 fraternities and the corresponding 8 sororities there were many formals and dances........add to that 5 private and parochial schools and 3 high schools within 5 miles.....there were lots of opportunities for blind dates. .Actually the blind-dates worst-dates were the "best" of the bunch........at least I did not know them and I was very unlikely to ever see them again.

The ones from being in a band were almost "cinematic" in disgust and hilarity.

The ones I hated the worst were the ones where my feelings were hurt.............TRAMPLED on, ya know????

At least I was always smart enough to make one of THOSE worst dates.....a LAST date.

The one that comes to mind was actually my fault. When I was a sophomore in high school, a guy I liked took me to a carnival. We went on a Ferris wheel type ride that goes really fast and the cage you sit in spins around too. We were having fun and singing and laughing and screaming. When it came time to get off, he asked the operator if we could go again. So we went again and I threw up EVERYWHERE on me- on him- on the floor- on the seat- I was so mortified that when the ride stopped I jumped out and ran and hid under a generator truck. The guy called my mom to come pick me up. The nice thing was that he promised not to tell anyone what happened, and he never did.

There was a guy that I knew, who kept bugging me to go out on a date with him. I relented just to get him to stop, but told him upfront it was a "friends--NOT lovers!" deal. He told me how he wanted to "treat me like a queen", etc. Well, he arrived almost 1 hr. late, in a car that hadn't been cleaned inside in at least 6 mos. He had said beforehand that we would go get something to eat, see a movie, then he'd bring me home. (So I HAD NOT eaten before we left!) Well, he completely skips the restaurant part, got mad over the movie I wanted to see (I am sorry, but I was NOT going to watch South Park!), and he didn't buy anything to eat at the theatre. I know it sounds like I am obsessing over the food, but so would you if you hadn't eaten anything since 7 that morning! When he finally brought me home, he gave me a rose (looked like something from a gas station! The stem was like 3" long and felt like it was made of paper!!) and a card that he'd already prewritten in about how he thought we were meant for each other, and that he loved me!...Well, I told him "Good Night" at the door (his car door, that is!) and went inside. I never spoke to the guy again!

a friend asked me to go on a double date with her & her friend Jeff. She'd never met Jeff's friend before who was supposed to be my date. we went to a nice restaurant & Jeff's friend got really drunk & was whistling for the waitress to come over all the time - in a ritzy restaurant! My friend & I were so embarrassed we went to the ladies room & then we decided we didn't even want to go back to the table! We took a taxi back to our apt. A guy I'd been dating on & off stopped over unexpectedly just after we got home, and then Jeff & his friend came over angry that we'd ditched them at the restaurant (and we'd already ordered food too so they were stuck with that bill) & then they started a fight with my guy friend & we had to call the police! This is a true story.

He invited a few friends over as well to my dorm room before we went out. They proceeded to "borrow" my things and never return them.

I have to say this. It wasn't me. It was my sister. This dude took her out and thought she might be hungry and they ended up at a soup kitchen for homeless people. He was serious too.
