Hot oil treatment

The key to good hair is nutrition. Take a multivitamin and Vitamin E capsule daily. Eat a decent amount of protein and gelatin for strong hair, and cook with canola oil for shiny hair.

I have dry, frizzy hair and use Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine shampoo and conditioner. It really helps. I also use the Sleek & Shine Fortifying Deep Conditioner once a week. You could look for a deep conditioner or protein treatment in a beauty supply store. The sales assistant should be able to help.

I also suggest using either shea butter, olive oil, or coconut oil on your hair every week. Leave one of those on overnight, and wash it out in the morning. Coconut oil is great stuff -- it actually stengthens your hair and adds much needed moisture. You can find coconut oil in a natural food store or online.

I wouldn't suggest blow drying your hair, which may dry it out. And staightening your hair with a hot iron, even an expensive ceramic one, will damage your hair. You hair might look silky when you straighten it, but it will be damaged.

I hope this helps! :)

Garnier Sleek and Shine system as well as brilliant brunette serum (or any other type of frizz serum) after using the serum, be sure to blow dry your hair. the heat helps to activate it and helps it to take affect. Brush it with a hard- bristled brush because the soft ones tend to lead to flyaways.

Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Hair Serum... you can get it at any salon that sells Paul Mitchell its about 15$. You just put it in while your hair is wet. ITS AMAZINNNGGG I swear on it.

Dont use Pantene it removes natural oils from your hair....it will only make it worse. Try Paul Mitchell or Biologe.

use coconut oil.trust me.wash your hair, rinse, dry your hair...put coconut oil..and leave it for a day or a couple of hours..(in the mean time u can sleep or do your work or clean the house) then wash your hair again coz coconut oil stinks..u DONT wanna go out of the house with coconut oil on your hair.but it will do the trick...so...USE COCONUT OIL.

extra tip:- if your hair is dry...use vinegar mix with warn water..put it in a jug.wash your hair like normal..rinse..pour the jug full of vinegar mix with warm water on your head.(this tip is for shinier hair)

FUNNY BUT, USE MAYO.........PROTEIN FROM THE EGG IN MAYO, IS USED AS A MOISTURIZER. ALSO, DEEP CONDITION HAIR WITH CHOLESTEROL CONDITIONER AFTER EVERY OTHER WASH. PUT IT IN UNDER A PLASTIC CAP AND SIT UNDER A DRYER FOR ABOUT 10 MIN.

Peanutbutter(not chunky). Leave it in for about 10 minutes and wash hair as you normally would.
