my big brother went on a little friendly date with a lady he knows. this lady has a daughter almost the same age as i. so they decided to make it a double date. everything was fine til we ended-up in the club. she was really bothered to dance and have some fun with me cuz her mom was around...
how would you handle it?
do you think she'll say yes if i invite her somewhere, just the 2 of us?
how would i approach the situation?
i really like this girl but i don't know if it's 2-way...

Do you have her number? I'd deffently call her to see if she'd want to do something without her mom around.

Hi!
your big brother dated a woman who has a daughter, as old as you! so cool boy the situation is very much in your hands. see the brighter spot, if you are staying in a joint family, your brother will never be allowed to continue the relationship with this person. so what? now if the lady is also intrested in your brother as much as he is, she will overlook your relationship with her daughter, because thats her only chance ot catch up with your brother. If the lady is not that keen on your brother, then you can be good to the other lady you are intrested and gain her confidence so much that she dosent mind you in her private life. Once the situation is cleared, you can go ahead you are the boss then. but remember the relationships sometimes take very dangerous curves, so be cool and be transparent to them. Regarding whether the daughter will agree to date you, it all depends how you present your self in front of her since her mom is dating a guy whos half her age, she will be in a bit of depression so thats your trump card play it well and you will win it surely.
cheers, take care!

I would be bothered by mom being there too. I don't blame her. Yes I would definately invite her out without the mom and just see what happens.

That could end up really weird if your brother and her mom get serious.

I would probably be shy and a little bit embarrassed about it, but take your time.
