"Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
Lead us not into temptation, deliver us from evil, for Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever and ever. Amen."
It's called the Lord's prayer, it was a guide given to us by Jesus to show us how to pray. For example, "our daily bread" could be praying for all the things we want and need from God.

It's called "The Our Father" or "The Lord's Prayer"
Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen.
Sometimes there is and extra part on the end: ...And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil
For thyne is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory forever and ever....Amen

Uhhh....not to be a nit-picker, but the prayer that most people refer to as "the Jesus Prayer" is "Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner." The "Lord's Prayer", sometimes called the "Our Father" (or "Pater Noster" in Latin) can be found in a couple of gospels (Matthew 6:9-13 and Luke 11:1-4). the wording varies slightly between the two. From the King James Version, the passage in Luke reads :"Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth. Give us day by day our daily bread. And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil." and the passage from Matthew, "Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen."
Note that the phrase "For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever" does not appear in the earliest copies of Matthew's gospel. This phrase seems to first appear as part of the Lord's Prayer in a text called The Didache, which was probably written sometime between 70 CE and 100 CE (about the same time as the gospels.

The Lord's Prayer or Apostles' Creed goes 'like' this (there are many variations):
Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins
as we forgive those who sin against us.
Lead us not into temptation
but deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom, the power,
and the glory are yours
now and for ever.
Amen.
