the first link was tested by me and is DELICIOUS, by the way the the orechiete with broccoli di rape, which is sort of an Italian broccoli... because its a little bitter, so we substitute it with regular broccoli.. Its a must try

This is surefire and a breeze for beginners. Brown pork chops good on both sides. Put in bottom of slow cooker or casserole if you use oven. peel and slice about 1/2" thick enough Potatoes to layer on meat. Then slice onions same thickness , layer on , then baby carrots. Then take large family size can tomato soup and add just enough water to make liquid and pour over layers.Cover tight and cook on 325 til veggies are soft.

Put a pork loin in a baking dish. Brush "Dan-Ts Cranberry Chipotle Sauce" over top. Add 1/4 cup of water to pan. Place in oven at 450. Bake 20 minutes. Baste with juice in the bottom of the pan, apply more cranberry chipotle sauce. Continue to bake until done (juices should be clear when cut into). Serve in thin slices over white rice.
