my boyfriend is leaving today and he is gonna be gone for 2 weeks and he didnt tell me he had his best friend do it. WHY

He's probably pretty young and insecure with his emotions. It's difficult for men (let alone YOUNG men) to express their emotions. He's probably feeling like he's abandoning you- and somewhat uncomfortable about the whole situation. Remeber- men and women are different- not just physically but they way they process information- ALL information. Give him a break. If he loves you he'll come back- if not- then it didn't matter to begin with.

He obviously feels guilty about leaving, and we don't know enough to tell you what that means. It could mean a number of things. First it could mean that he just felt bad about leaving you alone for 2 weeks. However, if that doesn't seem likely, it could be a more serious reason. Maybe he just didn't have time to make it over and tell you. I would just let it go, unless I had reason to think otherwise.

Maybe because he read your other Yahoo question: "I think i am gonna break up with my boyfriend and i dont know why. Should i break up with him?" ...and decided to get out first!

It happened to me, and he ended up to be engaged. You should be able to call him and ask, or he needs to call ASAP with a really good reason--death, extreme disease...it takes 30 seconds to call and leave a message.

Something is not right. Is there something he is hiding? I would grill his best friend for answers. Call his cell phone and demand answers. Do you even know where he is going.

maybe he'd figure you would get jealous and not want him to go or maybe he had to get away for a while. just talk to him when he gets back, if he dont tell you or he acts different i would end it. (he might have went to go see another girl) maybe not. like i said just talk to him when he gets back. dont stress yourself out over nothng till you know the truth. good luck. please let me know what happens. mhb414@hotmail.com
