dude 17 is the best age. you can date someone thats 15-20 with no problem unless you act immature. the cons would be that you cant go to the club or to certain places that you could go if you were 18 but when you are like 25 you kinda miss being 17 and not having any bills to worry about, just going out and having fun. cherish the moments when you can just have a good time and enjoy life!

The pro is that you don't yet have all the trouble and expense of living alone. The con is that you still have parents to deal with and you want to be out on your own.

at 17 you can start making some choices to control your future you have the best health and body you will have for all of your life ..well, for a few more years also but then...responsibilities begin to block some of your paths- you'll still have a great life - just not as much freedom as you have right now even tho you are still ONLY 17
