My Car is only 1 day old,and my engine that came with it smells bad. and when the door slides closed,i keep hearing this "beep"
sound for hours.

You are describing som Major electrical sytem problem there.
you have a MAJOR short. with The"lightning flash" you have a "time bomb" ready to blow. Get it to a mechanice NOW, and i mean Immediately!!! it could catch fire

The smell may be new car 'burn-in' or a major problem at any rate TAKE IT BACK and have it checked you may have a lemon!

It'd be easier with more information...Year, make model, engine size, different colours of exhaust, etc...
