Yes, if you are speaking about the definition of a good person according to a Dictionary, there are good people.
But if you are speaking about Religion, the answer is No.
A Misleading “Angel of Light”
According to the Bible, there is a very simple answer. Posing as “an angel of light,” Satan the Devil has misled millions into following his teachings rather than God’s. (2 Corinthians 11:14) The apostle John showed that Satan’s influence is so extensive that “the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one.” (1 John 5:19) John knew that Satan was “misleading the entire inhabited earth.”—Revelation 12:9.
What have been the consequences of this? Satan has promoted religious systems that on the surface appear to be holy. They have “a façade of ‘religion,’” but their true condition is exposed by the evil fruitage they produce. (2 Timothy 3:5, Matthew 7:15-20) Instead of helping to solve mankind’s problems, religion actually becomes part of the problem.
Statistics also indicate that there is a large gap between many people’s religious convictions and their actions. For instance, “sociologists note that some of the highest-crime areas of the country also happen to be places where religious belief and practice are strongest,” says writer Jeffery Sheler.
This should not be surprising. Why? Because as far back as the first century, the apostle Paul warned fellow Christians to beware of those who “publicly declare they know God, but [who] disown him by their works.” (Titus 1:16) Additionally, Paul told the young man Timothy that “the last days” would be marked by people “having a form of godly devotion but proving false to its power.”—2 Timothy 3:1, 5.
“Having a form of godly devotion but proving false to its power.” (2 Timothy 3:5) The Bible has the power to change lives for the better. (Ephesians 4:22-24) Yet, many today use their religion as a screen behind which they carry on unrighteous activities that displease God. Lying, stealing, and sexual misconduct are often condoned by religious leaders. Many religions preach love but support warfare. “In the name of the Supreme Creator,” observes an editorial in the magazine India Today, “human beings have perpetrated the most abominable atrocities against their fellow creatures.” In fact, the two bloodiest conflicts of recent times—World Wars I and II—erupted in the heart of Christendom.

I hope I'm "reading" your question right since there's quite a difference between 1 Cor.11:14,15 and 2 Cor.11:14,15 and also quite a difference between 1Tim.3:2,5 and 2 Tim.3:2,5... And the permutations of combinations thereof as well.
If your question IN FACT reads right, then obviously they are pointing out to the FALSE churches to belong to, according to what is written. And the answer to your question would be "NO" in that case.
If your question MAY BE another combination, I'll say that there are certain denominations that do adhere to the "hair" and "dress" code and do require strict standards for their elders or bishops. And the answer to your question would be "YES" in that case.
Apart from distinguishing the FALSE religions and/or churches, there is in fact GOOD IN ALL major Religions [viz: Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, Taoism, Confucianism, Zoroastrianism, etc., etc.] in their distinct ideologies, doctrines and principles.
It is akin to that old children's tale about six blind men who stumbled upon an elephant one day, and each of them had their own "vision" of what an elephant looks like. One thought it was an animal with huge ears flapping and a skinny body; another thought that all it's four legs were huge as trees; another one thought that it was a small animal with a really long tail; and another one thought that it's long nose was a large boa constrictor. Well, you get the picture. They were each describing the same creature in their own separate version.
And I see that as a parallel of all these different Prophets from different backgrounds, under different circumstances, each having a Divinely inspired "vision" of the Supreme Being, and they each have their own description of what their "vision" was all about.
That's my take on that.
Peace be with you!

While those scriptures talk about false apostles, and events of the last days, I don't feel that it says the point that you're trying to make. It is important to pray and seek guidance with Heavenly Father when joining a church and to also continue that frame of mind even after joining a church.
This though I thought you might find interesting and worth pondering on......
The Christian churches of today may be generally classified as follows.
1. The Catholic Church, which contends that it has had an uninterrupted existence upon the earth since it was originally founded by Jesus Christ.
2. Protestant churches founded by reformers who conted that the original church fell into apostasy, and who, therefore, through a study of the Bible, have attempted to return to the original teachings and practices of the church. The number of these churches is evidence of how impossible it is to agree upon the teachings of the Bible when left to the wisdom of MAN to interpret and understand them. Because of this lack of unity, churches have continued to multiply in a further effort to return to what THEY CONSIDER the original teachings of the Christ.
3. Those who believe that the church established by Jesus Christ while he was upon the earth fell into am apostate condition as predicted by the apostles, and that the church could not be reestablished upon the earth merely through a reformation, but ONLY through a RESTORATION.
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints stands alone in this latter classification, except for a few small apostate groups that have broken away from the church.
In considering these claims, it is obvious that if the first be true, there is no excuse for the existence of any other Christian church. If the original church had gone astray, could a reformation restore its power? Can a LIVING BRANCH be taken from a DEAD TREE? or must there be a NEW PLANTING, a restoration?

A Catholic Utterance is very facinating to say the least.

Not all are equal, as not all are equal in love...
The humble is more justified than the proud...
Where there is humility before God, then good from God will enter their lives.
Where mankind are proud, thinking no need of God, or thinking they already have God, conceiving knowledge of God in their own mind, rather than the other way around, then their good is limited to what they, alone, can do. "I never knew you." - Jesus
God lifts the humble valleys, and lowers the high mountains, so all may be as equal, and none pride themselves over another.
God is the only All-Pervasive measure, and no comparisons between men, or women, or women and men, can equal God.
Measure God, and find God inestimable, thus finding humility, the fear of God, and the cause of wisdom in mankind.
The fear of God ends pride, and is its use, to bring love between mankind, and wisdom.
"Knowledge puffs up, but love edifies." - St. Paul
Peace

I believe most religions have the same basic beliefs. I am a Mormon, we teach the whole truth of the Lord's gospel, other religions just have pieces...but I do believe most have the basic principals down.

there is good in all "religions" and in all people. just because you do not agree with their beliefs, does not make them bad. and the same thing can be said about the other religion

And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of anti christ, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is in the world.

Yes, so long as they do not preach harm to others not of the religion, or those of their religion.
