Not all airlines serving Tel Aviv offer First Class seats. These are the airlines that do, so you have to check with them for F-C fares:

Air Canada (AC) from Toronto
Air France (AF) from Paris
British Airways (BA) from London
El Al Israel Airlines (LY) on Boeing 747-400 and 777 flights only (Available from Amsterdam, Bucharest, Chicago, Larnaca, London, Milan, New York, Paris and Rome)
Lufthansa (LH) from Frankfurt
Pulkovo Aviation Enterprise (FV) from Saint Petersburg
Transaero (UN) from Moscow

All airlines serving Tel Aviv offer Business Class seats, so this might be another option for you: it is not Economy, but it is cheaper than First.

No matter how you look at it First Class is costly. Most first class seats on International flights can be in upwards of $10,000. Most airlines do not discount those tickets no matter what. Just research using different dates to see what the cheaper time to travel may be, however it may not matter in that cabin. It also depends on what you consider cheap.

when flying to Israel think of three main things: safety, comfort, and price. EL AL is the safest airline in the world and also very confortable and affordable

All airfare tickets to Israel are expensive especially First Class. Try flying in the off season (ex-November), and also flying on a stopover flight can lower the price of you tickets drasticly.

We have found British Airways to be good at least in the economy section. I think Egyptian Air is really cheap also.
