It has been over 2 years and there is no update from USCIS

under section 336 of the INA you have the right to request a hearing before the us district court if USCIS has not made a determination on your application with in 120 days of your examination.

i think it is called a mandamus. fil this and they will defintely speed it up.

Call your Congressman! Mine has a staff member assigned to deal with bcis screw ups. They are the least efficient bureaucracy in the Federal Government.

For those who have never experienced their ineptitude, imagine if the feds were still working on your income tax return from 2002!

I think they should just stop ALL immigration for the next 5 years, legal, or otherwise. Pull the plug on the whole mess.
