computer won't let me install yahoo toolbar?

Don't install it. It's just a hassle to have on, believe me. If there is a toolbar that's worth installing, it would ebays. Other than that, stay away from some toolbars offered. They are a hassle to get rid off too.

count yourself lucky I have given advice so many times on how to get rid of it.
