Aluminum wheels are light, easy to clean and don't rust. They also come in awesome shapes and sizes so you can get the look you want.

Steel wheels are stronger and heavier and will eventually rust. They tend to be harder to clean but can look really good depending on the look you are going for.

If you tend to hit the curb a lot or something like that you should stick to steel wheels. Aluminum wheels break and don't bend. I prefer aluminum wheels because I hate cleaning the rust off of my steel wheels.

Hope I have been helpful.

Steel is an alloy. You probably Bean aluminum alloy as to Steel. Both work well. both can look good. Steel is heavier. Steel will eventually trust. Aluminum will shatter rather than bend. Your choice.

Steel, they're stonger, you can beat them back into shape if they get bent, plus they're cheaper. They're not as pretty as alloy, though, and they're heavier. So it depends on how you want them to function. Do you want to look good, or do you want durability?
