I had a really weird date yesterday. He seemed normal and then acted weird and we never did get to dinner. I got a message from him today appoligizing for taking a few drinks before we met. Yikes my first drunken date. He also was very short tempered and complained about everything, holes in the road, traffic, etc which most people hate but they don't throw a fit especially in front of their dates. Yikes he was a drunk driver too.

Yes, He did not want to walk next to me and left me ten years behind. He accuse me of losing tickets to a show, when he actually left them with the cashier. He never apologized. He also had the case of the runs and kept on running back and forth to the bathroom. I told him to lose my number at the end of the date!!!!!

I met a guy from an online dating site (should have known, I guess) that was about 200 lbs. more than his picture. I was shocked, but figured how bad could it be, right? It was just for a couple of hours, and he was a nice guy and all, so what the hell, I thought.
First, he asked me to rate him from 1 to 10, based on my physical attraction to him: 1 being never sleep with him to 10 being that I would rip his clothes off. I told him I don't rate, and can't decide on the first date if I would want to sleep with him or not. (Which basically was a big fat lie since I would have rated him at a negative 5). But, since I'm such a nice person, I just worked my way out of that question. Well, undeterred, he then told me I rated a score of 12, and then stared me up and down in a laviscious way. Gross.
Then he asked if I kissed on the first date. Again, I told him I don't decide that in the first 5 minutes upon meeting him. (another avoidance)
Well, at this point I was ready to call it a night and be like, so long, so see ya, take care. But, being such a dork that I am, and being extremely nice to a fault, went on with the plan to go sing karaoke. I figured since karaoke is my all time favorite thing to do when I go out, I would at least be able to focus my fun on that instead of him.
Well, en route in separate cars, I did a panic call to one of my best friends that was going to be at the same bar to plead desperately for backup assistance. I was extremely embarassed to be bringing him along, and was dreading my friends reactions to my "date" since I had zero attraction to him.
I could have handled the weight issue alone had he not been a perv right from the start. Also, I forgot to mention that he is a chain-smoker, and was wearing a hawaiian shirt that would have fit right in on Gilligan's Island. Just shoot me. At this point, I honestly didn't believe it could have got any worse. But, it did.

So, we put songs in, he was at least a nice guy and bought the whole table drinks, which was unnecessary, but nice. Not a bad singer, but I didn't really listen anymore after he blew his nose at the table and left his snot rags in the middle of the song book. I don't think we said more than two words to each other the whole night. He tried to touch my leg once and I swatted him a good one.
My friends all encouraged me to cop out by saying I had an emergency with one of my kids or that I was sick or something. One even said I should wait until he went up to sing and bolt, then call him later and say what happened. I know from this whole story some of you might think I'm a shallow person for not liking a guy because of his weight. Well, I said that would be extremely rude, and I wouldn't want someone to do that to me if the situation were reversed.
Well, it wasn't long until he got the hint that the night wasn't going well, and said he was gonna take off. I didn't hesitate to ask if I should walk him out..lol.
I was so afraid he was gonna try some tongue action after the earlier statement, and my friends were all watching out the window of the bar to see what would happen. Really, I was terrified. But, I figured the nice thing to do was to at least walk him out since he made the effort and all. He didn't try for a kiss, but a hug instead. I think that was the only hug in my life where my body was as far away as possible. I ended up just patting my hand on his shoulders and said nice meeting you, take care.
Thank God, I haven't heard from him since.
That was without a doubt the worst date I've ever been on.

Bad dates suck. Hope you have some better luck soon!!!!
