Either a wheat bread of some brand or a mixed whole grain bread...
Usually brands don't matter much...

There is a brand of bread you can now get in regular super markets and Trader Joes ( as well as health stores) it is Ezeikiel brand sprouted bread, no flour.
It is great toasted slightly for sandwiches.
Store in the fridge because no preservatives

Not white. Bread made with whole wheat and other grains contain fiber and nutrients that white bread wouldn't contain.
