if they are skinless chicken legs then you don't have to worry about the skin... I'm not sure if that was a trick question???

but on serious side I mostly take skin off before... for health reasons. The skin alone contains a lot of fat...

You take the skin off before otherwise you wouldn't be cooking "skinless" chicken legs.

but if you want to reduce fat and have dry tasteless chicken you take the skin off before
