All women are different, but I'm not really about the 'mind games' or leading someone on. If I like someone I usually get their number, I'm not adamant about 'making the 1st move'. If I'm not that interested I'm still very friendly and polite, and if he asks for my number I'll give it to him and talk as friends. But if I really like a guy I would flirt with him just a little and see what kind of vibe or response I get back from him. But again, all women are different. I really like men who aren't shy about making a move, but who aren't all in my face about it either.
